You can report a concern to the appropriate Nondiscrimination/Title IX Coordinator and Complaint Manager:

What Happens After You Report?

  • Informal Resolution: Lyons School District 103 will first attempt to resolve complaints informally, but you always have the option to go directly to the formal grievance procedure if you wish.
  • Your Safety is Paramount: Mediation will not be required for harassment complaints, and you will not be required to attempt to resolve allegations directly with the accused.
