Lyon School District 103 offers several Summer School Academies: ELA, Math, Kinder and ELL. These are ten day programs that focus on several foundational skills to prepare students for the following school year and to support closing the academic gap over the summer months. Students receive an invitation to attend an academy based on several qualifiers: Data (MAP, AIMSweb, PARRC), teacher recommendations and ELL/SPED services.
