Dear Parent or Guardian:
Welcome to Lyons School District 103 where we nurture the academic, social, physical, and emotional development of every student in a trusting, safe environment! We are happy to include your family as part of our school community and look forward to partnering with you to make your child’s school year an exciting learning experience.
We encourage you to complete the online verification process to save yourself time at Registration.
To begin the online verification registration process for returning students for the 2018-2019 school year, please log in to your Skyward Family Access and begin filling out the documentation. At this time you may also pay fees in advance so as to avoid long lines when providing Proof of Residency on August 8 or August 9, 2018. The online verification will close on July 30, 2018, after which time you must complete the entire registration process in person on the **allotted dates and times listed below.
Meanwhile, please gather your five documents demonstrating Proof of Residency as this will be required at Registration on August 8 or August 9, 2018. You will not be able to register your child without all five of the required residency documents.
If you would like help with online verification or would like to use a computer/printer for the online verification, please feel free to stop by the Administration Building located at 4100 Joliet Avenue, Lyons, IL between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday up until July 30, 2018 and help will be readily available.
**Registration will be held at George Washington Middle School on August 8th (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) or August 9th (12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) 2018. At this time you will verify residency and, if you have not already done so, pay registration fees in the amount of $54.00. (PLEASE NOTE: If your child(ren) is approved for Reduced or Free Lunch, registration fees will be as follows: Reduced Lunch - Registration Fees $27.00; Free Lunch - Registration Fees will be waived.)
Please keep us informed on how we can best help support your child and his or her future success.
