RevTrak and Skyward Family Access will replace PayPams and E-Pay

Starting with the 2013-2014 school year, we will be making significant changes to how we handle payment of fees and collect money for food service.

Over the past several years, we have used E-Pay to process credit card payments for general fees, such as registration, uniforms, and other items. We also use a site called PayPams to collect money for food service, and to show cafeteria transactions.

We are moving all food service functions to the Skyward student database, and all credit card processing for fees and food service to RevTrak.  The RevTrak site can be accesed directly, or, preferably, through Skyward Family Access. 

These changes allow us to streamline our accounting processes and provide a more consistent and unified experience for our parents. 

Please note that any end of year balances in the old food service system will be moved over to the new system.
