Dear 7B Parents/Guardians,

In regard to yesterday’s trip to Springfield, we first want to apologize for any inconvenience you and your child experienced. We are currently in talks with the bus company to ensure at least a partial refund is given. The cost of dinner will be refunded, but we’re waiting to hear from the bus company in order to determine the total refund. The difficulties we experienced with the bus company were out of our control, and were completely unknown to us until 5:50 AM yesterday. We were attempting to resolve the issue all morning, but when we could not, we immediately had your children contact you, as well as had Mr. Billingsley let you know via email and phone.

We will contact you with further information as soon as it becomes available to us.

Below, is the contact information for the bus company, should you want to inquire as to what caused your child’s trip to be cut short. We encourage you to let them know of your disappointment.
